In order to raise a support request with Zinio:
- Go to https://tijdschrift.ziniopro.com/hc/en-us
- Tap on sign in and enter user name and password. (first time please take on sign up and enter name, email, and follow the instruction to create an account on Zendesk)
- Tap on submit a request
- Complete the form remembering
- For Reporting Bugs/Technical Errors to provide
- A clear outline of the problem
- Reproducible steps
- Exact Error Message received (with rough English translation)
- Name/Pub ID of Publications impacted
- Screenshot of the issue (video of the issue if possible)
- Number of customers impacted
- Any other relevant info to quickly reproduce and escalate the issue
- For Reporting Bugs/Technical Errors to provide
- Tap on submit

To see the current status of your support request
- Go to https://tijdschrift.ziniopro.com/hc/en-us
- Tap on sign in and enter user name and password.
- Tap on your username and go to "my activities"
